As a rapper, when you consider how difficult it is to excel financially in the Nigerian Music industry, you’d have no other choice than to switch to a more selling genre or commercialize your rap. One artiste that falls in this category is the legendary lyricist – Sound sultan. After his entrance to the industry with the hit song, Mathematics, the ‘Naija ninja’ came out with few rap songs. I can remember his collaboration with Eldee and Faze on Campus Queen and few others. Later, we saw a transition little by little – from Back in the days to a club banger like Orobo.
In this joint titled Sound Boy Killing. he takes us through the journey to stardom and riches. It started with Hip hop, but somehow awon boys wan chop … Listen, enjoy and share.
